How to Change Name on UK Driving License by post in England?
The residents of England holding UK Driving Licence can change their name on the existing UK DL. If anyone who is willing to apply for name change they have to apply through D1 application form.

- Take a D1 application form and fill the application form or order a D1 application from the DVLA form ordering service.
- Fill the application form and attach your original documents and send it to the below mentioned address.

- Valid UK Biometric Passport (If you don’t have UK Biometric Passport then you have to submit the following documents).
- Current & Valid Passport.
